I�m so constipated my whole life. I can eat a mango and my body turns it to bricks. This stuff definitely gets things moving! Not as painful as taking straight senna, Which makes me cramp. This stuff, you feel it working but it�s not painful.

This works! You only need to take 2 and drink at lease 3 glasses of water, only take when you will be home, it does take 12 hours to process, be careful if you sneeze and it will last for about 12 hours max

This really works!!!! After eating ham, turkey, mac and cheese, stuffing and all the other dishes for Thanksgiving and Christmas, I decided to do a cleanse. The first morning and OMG!! I couldn't believe the gook that came out. (Sorry if it's TMI). I don't feel as bloated, my shirts are fitting a little looser and people are asking me if I am losing weight! Will definitely be using this product again!!!

Works great! No cramping but when it starts stay close to the bathroom for a few hours. I only take 1 and have been pleased by the results when combined with clean eating for 2 weeks (lots of fruits and veggies, lean meat once a day, and no junk food).

I have been bloated and irregular due to medication I am on. I took two of these before bed. In the morning I had great relief. There was no stomach cramping involved and no pain.

Does what it says. Don't take it in the Morning!

I liked the fact that it works right away and does exactly what it says it will do. I noticed a big difference on day 2 of the cleanse as far as the bloating etc. I'm hoping to see more of a difference in weight loss soon.

I have a sensitive GI system to begin with, so I only take one pill at night and it does the trick. I have to give myself extra time in the morning until it takes full effect.

These pills are the TRUTH. I followed the instructions of taking a pill before bed with a tall glass of water ( I only took one the first night wasn't sure how my mobility would be at work) and immediately the next day when I woke up my stomach was completely flattened back to normal. I could tell a difference. In the past two weeks I've had very serious bloating in my belly :/. I believe due to eating white bread and possibility gluten. The next few days I did have bloating after eating but after taking a pill the night before my stomach immediately flattens. I'm going to trust that by the end of my fast my stomach will be free of the toxins causing me to float and elimate certain foods from my diet.

Apparently working well but if you have a job that doesn't allow you to go to the bathroom every 10 minutes you may choose to do it during time off. It did work well but I had to stop after 5 days when I returned to work.Of course every body works differently and I may be more sensitive than others.

I've purchased this product several times and keep it saved in my cart. I've tried various cleanses but nothing beats this one. I LOVE the fact that it's simple--just take it at night before bed for two weeks. Within a couple days I noticed a difference. I feel more energetic, I lose weight and it definitely cleans you out (enough said!). It's not a permanent weight loss, if that's what you're looking for, and I wouldn't use it all the time. But once every few months it helps get you back where you need to be. I love this product.

I purchased tis product to support weight loss that I currently am trying to achieve. I also purchased it to alleviate bloating that I experience on a regular basis along with frequent constipation. This product came in a nice bottle containing 30 capsules. They are very easy to swallow. I have a hard time swallowing pills so I was happy to see they came in an easy to swallow capsule form. I have been takings one capsule at night along with eight ounces of water at bedtime for the past week. After two days of taking this product I have been having bowel movements on a daily basis. What a relief! I usually go every two to three days before I started taking this product. I am also not experiencing any bloating in my stomach since taking this colon cleanse product. No more tight jeans on my stomach or having a heavy bloating feeling. This detox has made me feel so much better with a lot more energy during the day. I use to feel so tired all the time. The directions say to take one or two capsules a day. I do not recommend taking two capsules. One capsule worked just fine for me and they will last you longer. I weighed myself and I lost two pounds this past week. Not much but better than nothing.

This cleanse has been just about as great as a colon cleanse can be. While I have lost 4 lb in the past 5 days, I have also been going to the bathroom several times in he morning. So if your going to do this be prepared to use the bathroom... a lot. The pills are easy to swallow even thought they are large. This is a no joke cleanse and is working vey well for me. You also need to make sure your drinking lots of water and eating healthy in order to see results. Exercising wouldn't hurt either, plus its a great kick start to living healthy and getting in to shape.

I loved this cleanse and that it wasn't like most cleanses where you are stuck in the bathroom for hours and days. I was able to even double up on the pills on certain days to feel like I was speeding up the weight loss process. I did not notice a difference in my energy levels or actual weight loss as it mentions you will however, I did notice I felt less bloated and as if I lost a little water weight. Everything felt very natural and while it didn't necessarily increase my energy levels, I felt much less sluggish. I've been trying to reduce my weight slightly for our family pictures this week and by taking the 15 Day Cleanse, I feel as if I've accomplished exactly that. I am actually looking forward to dressing up for photos now!

This was a great cleanse supplement. I have not ever taken a colon cleanse but was looking for a supplement to help me get back on track after the new year.

Holy mother of poop is the phrase that I used during my cleanse with this product. If you do not mind a lot of pooping and holding on for dear life then by all means try this out. It will clean out the innards and leave you feeling like you just purged a lifetime of food. I recommend it, since it did help me jump start the weight loss and I was able to lose a good 5 pounds in the first few days. It was a quick weight loss, and I need to make sure I keep it off.

Not a bad cleanse. I took it for a week. Two pills before bed. And like clock work around 730-8am it was a mad dash to the bathroom. Made me a bit extra regular. If you're looking for a cleanse to make you use the bathroom relatively often but not a crazy amount I would suggest this one.

I've been having a problem with "going" everyday. I'd "go" once every two or three days, when ideally, one should go once or twice a day. This colon cleanser is fast acting and effective. I really felt the product working the first night i didn't feel any painful cramps like i did with other products similar in nature.the colon cleanse has natural ingredients in it. That's the part I liked most about it.

I usually do some sort of cleanse twice a year to get rid of excess waste/toxins. This 15 day cleanse has some great ingredients in it such as works as a laxative and can cause diarrhea. What I like about this cleanse and what makes this product different is it contains other ingredients to support whole body health while working hard to get rid of the toxins.

I was kind of scared to use this, but knew I needed to. Been a little backed up and can't seem to rid my system of all the toxins and whatever else is in there backing me up! I'd say this is a cross between exlax and a stool softener. It's not terribly violent like exlax would be, but it's stronger than a stool softener. I'm only on day 3, but I lost 2 lbs after day 2 and my bloat was gone. So, so far I'm super happy! Would definitely buy again!!

This was a great cleanse supplement. I have not ever taken a colon cleanse but was looking for a supplement to help me get back on track after the new year. I was a little concerned that I would get stomach cramps so I started with just 1 pill morning and night. This seemed to be plenty for me so I suck with that. I did not get any type of cramps or other side effects. My very very favorite part is it helped me feel less bloated in just a day!! It did help to regulate me and I felt it dejunked my body. I took it for about 2 weeks, I really felt like it helped get me back on track and I'm happy I still have some for next time I need it.
