-3 Strips Pork Belly, 90g Pasta, Olive Oil, 1/4 Onion, 3 Garlic
-200ml Heavy Cream, 1 Pinch Salt, 1 Pinch Pepper, Grana Padano Cheese, Parsley
1. Cook pork belly in a pan while seasoning it with salt and pepper.
2. Oil the pan and sauté garlic and onion. Add cooked pasta, heavy cream and boil.
3. When it starts to thicken, season with salt and pepper.
4. Place cream pasta over cooked pork belly and finish off with Grana Padano Cheese and parsley.
