Classic Strawberry Banana Smoothie for Weight loss

This is the original Strawberry Banana Smoothie recipe that the whole world loves. It’s incredibly simple to make and the perfect way to cool off on a hot day.

Strawberries have many health benefits, including high amounts of antioxidants, vitamin C, fiber, may improve heart health, lower blood sugar levels and even help prevent cancer

It’s easy to whip this one up with ingredients you probably already have at hand. Fresh strawberries are preferred, but frozen will work just as well if fresh is not available.

Classic Strawberry Banana Smoothie Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1-2 tbsp honey (sweeten to taste)
  • 1 cup ice cubes (optional)
